Exclusive Vesuvius 4X4 and Wine Tasting

This excursion is operated with deluxe minibuses and maximum number of eighteen guests. Your guide will take you to visit Mount Vesuvius, one of the most famous volcanoes on earth. It is also the only active volcano on the mainland of Europe and provides the focal point of the entire Bay of Naples. Our transport and local expert will take you up to 1,000 metres and from there you will board a 4x4 minibus to the very top and admire the splendid panoramic views across the bay. Peer in to the crater where a single plume of smoke rises, reminding us that the volcano is only just sleeping. This 4x4 minibus is very like a big Army bus. You will then visit the Cantina del Vesuvio, a famous winery located on the slopes of the Volcano and there you will have a Lacryma Christi wine tasting and a light lunch.
