This tour shall offer you a perfect chance to spot some of the whales swimming close to the coast line. The various types of whales commonly sighted include minke whales, white-beaked dolphins, harbor porpoises and the popular humpback whales, the majestic fin and sei whales and the killer whales (orcas) are also occasional companions to our boats. We will be accompanied by sea birds such as gannets, puffins, guillemots, cormorants, gulls, kittiwakes, arctic terns and many more. Our trips take us past several islands inhabited by colonies of puffin, a great photo opportunity! Enjoy one of the most advanced whale watching vessels in Iceland and at the same time get a good look at the capital from the sea.

Please kindly note that the Icelandic weather can be severe. The tour can be suddenly cancelled or the tour details might be changed accordingly, the tour will only take place if only weather permits it. For safety reasons, all children under 12 years of age are required to wear life jackets during the tour. The duration of the tour varies between 3-5 hours, depending on the weather conditions. Please wait in the hotel lobby 45 minutes prior to the time shown on your voucher and inform the hotel reception that you are waiting for the pick up for the Whale Watching tour.
