This tour combines history, art and culture with the indulgence of a relaxing afternoon in the Arab Baths. Discover the unique Arab medieval citadel of Alhambra which is the most visited tourist attraction in Spain and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the gardens and courtyards, like the Partal or the Generalife, the fortress, the palaces of the Sultans, the famous Palace of the Lions and the Palace of the Throne. Feel the atmosphere of the moorish culture with the perfumes of the flowers and the murmuring of the falling water. You have the afternoon free before making your way to indulge in an Arab Bath. Feel the relaxing flow of water, the jasmine scent and refreshing mint tea. All tension will sail away in a sea of arches and blue vaults over hexagonal shaped columns. The Arab Bath, apart from its effect on the body and soul by means of soft lighting and essential oils, has been considered a social meeting center, where business meeting were celebrated and where important debates about daily life took place. Spend the afternoon having a relaxing massage including a quiromassage and aromatherapy.
Main meeting point is at 09:45 hours at the Alhambra ticket office by the Alhambra Map. However, hotel pick up can be arranged (providing the hotel is located within the city center limits). Please call supplier 48 hours before the tour departure to confirm hotel details and arrange this directly with the supplier. The tour may be conducted in more than one language depending upon the language requirements of the other clients onboard. You are required to make you own way to the Arab Bath. Swimming costumes are mandatory at the bath and towels and lockers are available. Males and females bathe in the same area. This tour is mostly recommended for couples (minimum age 14 years old).
