Description

The Parador rises in the centre of this attractive, traditionally fishing city, recreating the essence of a Galician stately home in its image, with glazed galleries and a peculiar, distinctive coastal setting. The décor of the rooms and common spaces feature nautical objects, maps of the world and navigation tools; sea motifs in the lounges and an old boat lantern in the main staircase. The rooms are spacious and have been decorated with ochre dark tones. Some of them, featuring a viewpoint or a balcony, afford magnificent views of the Port. The Restaurant offers a large and varied selection of exquisite Galician dishes, such as the local squid "á la murgalesa" style (cooked with paprika and vegetables) and the traditional Ferrol cake, a must. Guests are welcome to savour a delicious breakfast while enjoying the amazing views provided by the Parador's large windows.
