The lounge is accessible after you check in for your onwards flight and clear the departure immigration at Terminal 1, 2 or 3 (via transit lounge) only. Please present your voucher at the front office. For inter-terminal (Terminal 1, 2 and 3) transfer, all passengers are able to use the Skytrain that links the Terminal 1, 2 and 3 from 0500 hrs to 0230 and free shuttle bus service from 0230 hrs to 0500 with the interval of 20 minutes.
